 Annual Guardianship Plans. Effective July 1st, 2015, due dates have changed. See Admin. Order 2015-41, Temporary Extension for Annual Guardianship Plans

 Marriage Licenses are issued Monday through Friday from 8:00-4:30.

 2 separate checks are required for Passport Applications.

 Our Collections Division has moved to the 1st Floor in the office with Traffic. All payment of court costs and fines, payment plans and payment information are to be made at the Collections Division.

07/20/2016 JURY SCAM WARNING : The Escambia County Clerk of Court reports a scam has been occurring in Pensacola and elsewhere in Florida. A person receives a telephone call from someone claiming to be a law enforcement officer stating that they, or a close relative, did not appear for jury duty or grand jury duty. The caller then states that the individual can pay money in order to prevent the arrest of the person who purportedly failed to report for jury duty. Please note these calls are NOT from the Clerk’s office. If you or someone you know has received such a call, please contact Investigator Taylor Wells with the State Attorney’s Office at (850) 595-4267.
