 Our Archives and Records Building located at 120 E. Blount Street
 is now open to the public Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM.

 Department of Revenue (DOR) child support cases have been relocated to
 our Family Law Division in the M.C. Blanchard Judicial Building.

 Effective January 1, 2015, Escambia County Clerk's Offices will no longer accept Proposed Orders

 
Marriage Licenses are issued M-F, 8:00-4:30. If either applicant is a resident of Florida, a three day waiting period from the date you apply for your license is required. The Clerk performs ceremonies for $30.00.

 Century Clerk's Office now issues Hunting and Fishing Licenses

 Notary Service is provided to the public on the 1st floor in our Traffic
 Division at $10.00 per document.

 2 separate checks are required for Passport Applications
