NOTICE TO PUBLIC EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2009 FILING FEES WILL INCREASE

Senate Bill 1718 has increased the filing fees for Probate, Circuit Civil, and all Real Property & Foreclosures cases, effective June 1, 2009. A copy of the new fees is provided at each counter for public view and on our website at www.escambiaclerk.com.
These filing fees are sent to the State Department of Revenue, and the increase in fees is for the benefit of State Agencies and the State Court System. The Clerk’s office does not receive monies from the increase in fees.
