Court Services - Court Registry

Deposits - monies placed into the court registry or bond accounts are directed by Court Order or Florida Statutes. Monies placed into the Court registry do not accrue interest. The Clerk's Office only accepts cash (in person), money order and cashier's checks.

Disbursements are pursuant to Court Order or Florida Statutes. Upon receipt of a Court Order or Florida Statutes, a request to the Accounting department is prepared by the Clerk. After preparation of the request, disbursements are usually mailed within 15 working days.
