The Archives and Records Division provides records management services for the Escambia County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller and the Board of County Commissioners.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST. Our office is located at 120 E. Blount Street, Pensacola, FL.

To obtain a copy of a marriage license:
Complete the Request To Purchase Copies of a Marriage License form and return it either by mail or as an attachment via email. Please read the request form to determine how payment is to be submitted. The year of the marriage and full names of both parties are required.
To obtain a copy of a court record:
Complete the Request For Copies or Viewing of Court Records form. You will need to provide a case number, names of the parties on the case, and the name or title of the document being requested.
If you are a party to the case and are requesting un-redacted or confidential information, picture ID is required.
How to look up a court case:
Visit our Online Public Records page and enter the name or case number of the court case for which you are looking.
To obtain a copy of a Board of County Commissioner record:
Complete the Request For Clerk To The Board Records and return the completed form along with your payment.
To obtain copies of deeds and mortgages:
Please visit our Official Records / Recording page. Documents recorded in the Official Records include deeds, mortgages, liens, and judgments.
